We invite you to take part in the Ukrainian-American online symposium "Neurology and Ophthalmology Today: Collaboration at the Crossroads of Specialties"
There will be a live broadcast ONLINE. The broadcast recording will not be available.
Registration and participation are free.
To participate, you must fill in all items of the participant's questionnaire. IMPORTANTLY! Enter a valid email address!
On the day of the symposium, each registered participant will receive a link to a private broadcast by e-mail and SMS.
At the end of the symposium, participants receive by E-MAIL:
certificate about participation in the scientific program (5 points)
Certificates are taken into account when certifying the assignment (confirmation) of a medical qualification category in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 22.02.2019№ 446.
